Conditions and Payment Terms:

  • The car company requires a photo of the driver's passport and license, plus a deposit of either 350 USD, 300 EUR or 10,000 THB.

  • Full payment is required in advance.

  • The car comes with access insurance.

  • Fuel policy: All vehicles are rented with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.

  • In case of an accident or scratch, the guest is responsible for a charge of 5,000-10,000 THB maximum to cover the car company's loss of income.

  • Insurance does not cover accidents caused by drug or alcohol use.

  • Cars can only be used in Koh Samui.

  • Delivery and pick-up to/from any accommodation in Koh Samui can be arranged at THB 500 per car per way

  • Payment is accepted in cash only direct to the rental company.
